Didi Museum Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated towards promoting the preservation of African indigenous arts and cultures through education, international cultural exchange and research practices through collaborations, institutional projects and residencies. 

Building on the history and successes of Didi Museum which is regarded as the first privately owned museum in Nigeria (founded in 1983), the Foundation was established to meet the expanding needs of the present cultural and art landscape including promotion of arts, preservation of dying cultures, education and research, and entertainment. 

DMF aims to support artists and art performers, cultural experts and academics with the space to research, experiment, share, educate and develop valuable work.
